Yes. Please ensure panels are disconnected, safely accessible and ready for collection before the team arrives.

Palletising may assist collection but requirements depend on the site, quantity and access conditions. Tell ReSova how the panels are currently stored.

ReSova's standard collection service is intended for panels that have already been disconnected and made safely accessible. Rooftop removal is not included unless separately confirmed.

Please provide photos of the panels, any damage, the storage arrangement, access path, parking or loading area and any stairs or long carrying distances.

An authorised site contact should be available unless another access arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Cracked panels may be accepted depending on condition. Photos should be provided before collection is confirmed.

Severely shattered panels must be disclosed before collection and may require specialist assessment or may not be accepted.

Fire-affected panel loads must be disclosed before collection and may not be accepted.
